We are sorry to report the death of Angus McKibbin. As Captain from 1986 to 1988, Angus worked hard to support racing crews and to promote the ability of the club to achieve success in regattas and championships. He also set up strong links between the club and Lady Victoria Boat Club in Belfast. Angus had fought cancer for the last few years but finally lost the battle on 19th March.
We send our condolences and very best wishes to his wife Deardre and to Matthew, Elena and Adam. The funeral will be held in Northern Ireland, and Deardre requests no flowers.
