For once the conditions were excellent for the Weybridge Silver Sculls race on Saturday, although wind conditions varied somewhat through the day. Walton came away with four out of the five top places: Ollie and Seth were the fastest Senior double, followed by Darcy and Will in J16, Jamie and Chris in MasC, and Max/Alfie in J18.
Moving on down the list there were twelve further Walton winners spread through all the squads: Ethan/Vinnie in J14 2x, Chris/Rod in MasDEF, Kateia/Tally in W16, Mike E/Dave in Mas GIJ, Suzi/Beatrice in WMasE, Sarah/Deena in WMasDE Novice and Igor/Clive in MasDE Novice. In the singles Chris L won MasE, Ethan J15, Seb J14, Dave MasH and Lily WJ14. There were also some near-misses and good second places.
