I propose the following process for future race fees. Where I say 'senior' below I mean senior or veteran.

1. Every senior person rowing in races for WRC will have to pay me in advance of the entry deadline. If I don't have your payment your name will not be entered for the race. Grant will send entries in for the whole club as usual, but will only do so for those seniors who have sufficient credit with me.

2. You can pay as much as you like in advance and I will keep a spreadsheet on the web site setting out how much everyone has paid and their current balance. If your name is not on the spreadsheet and you want it to be, just enter a race! If you want me to I will just put up your initials on the website, or any other moniker if you do not want your usual name; just tell me what you want. There won't be much risk of embarrassment as no-one will see your debts (there won't be any debts), no-one will see where you came, (I won't store that), and no-one will have access to any other personal details from this bit of the site. But let me know if you'd rather be called 'Speedy' than 'Bill Snodgrass' or whatever. I will aim to update the spreadsheet once a week.

3. You can pay either by sending a cheque to me at 43 Park Road, East Molesey, KT8 9LD, or by paying via PayPal, instructions to be provided shortly.

4. For crew boats I will have the same system. Everyone has to get payment to me in advance of the race deadline or the whole crew does not get entered. If you want to have one person pay for the whole crew just let me know. If you have a non-WRC member of the crew then let me know from whom in the crew I take the money.

5. For coxed boats, the coxswain goes free. The rowers fee will be the fee for the boat divided by the number of rowers.

6. If you decide you are done with racing for the club and want your remaining credit repaid, just get in touch with me.

7. I am sure there are some flaws in this arrangement. For example if you decide to go pot hunting by taking your single up the M6 to the Wigan and Burnley Small Boats Head then we may have to modify this arrangement. I may issue amendments to this process from time to time.
