Melon and Grape Tonic

Ingredients

1/2 honeydew, galia or cantaloupe, diced
250ml cold lemon Lucozade Sport
small bunch seedless green grapes
Pinch of salt or salt substitute (lower sodium, higher potassium and/or magnesium)

Method

Combine the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
